Description
A women's sports bra developed from a printed reference design, with wide shoulder straps, an all-over leopard print and X cross back straps. The reference is shown in black and grey for labels building a printed activewear story. Wide shoulder straps, a wide underbust band, a cropped midriff length and an all-over leopard print, with X cross straps across the back. Printed and statement pieces inside activewear ranges where the print is part of the collection story, for the US, AUS and CA market. Reference design only. Final construction, fabric and colour are confirmed during development. Compare related silhouettes in the sports bra range. Four points visible on the reference that shape how the print and the back are developed. The leopard artwork runs across the whole bra including the straps and the underbust band, so the pattern has to be placed panel by panel rather than on a flat body. Two straps cross at the back in an X, which changes where the print repeat sits and how the bra sits across the shoulder blades. A wide band under the bust carries the print through and gives the bra its support base without adding a separate colour block. The body is cut short to sit at the rib line, which keeps the bra clear of high-waisted bottoms. Production steps behind these details are shown on the factory and production video. The reference is a starting point. Print, fit, colour and branding are confirmed with you during development, before bulk production. The artwork can be recoloured, scaled or replaced. Print method and repeat are decided with the fabric so that the pattern follows the panels cleanly. Strap width and the height of the underbust band can be adjusted. Grading is set after a fit sample is approved on live models across your size range. A woven label, heat transfer or embroidery can be placed on the front panel or the side of the underbust band to keep the print readable. Sampling checkpoints for this bra are print placement and repeat across the panels, strap width, underbust band elasticity, and a wear trial in the target size range.
