Description
A women's training cami developed from a reference design, with a square neckline, layered contrast straps and a deep U-shaped back. The reference is shown in three colourways for brands building a soft, minimal layering piece. A square neckline, thin shoulder straps layered in two colours, a fitted body with a straight hem, and a deep U-shaped opening across the back. Studio and light-training layering where a fitted cami is worn on its own or under a jacket, for the US, AUS and CA market. Reference design only. Final construction, fabric and colour are confirmed during development. Compare related silhouettes in the sports tank top range. Four points visible on the reference that shape how the straps and the back are developed. Each shoulder strap is built from two layers in different colours, so the strap edge shows as a fine contrast line against the body. The front neckline is cut square rather than scooped, which keeps a straight horizontal line across the chest. The back is cut into a deep U shape that opens up the shoulder blades while the straps stay narrow. The body follows the torso and finishes with a straight hem, so the cami sits flat under a layer without rolling. Production steps behind these details are shown on the factory and production video. The reference is a starting point. Strap build, fit, colour and branding are confirmed with you during development, before bulk production. The two strap layers can be set in contrasting or tonal colours, and strap width adjusted. Binding tape and edge finish are chosen with the fabric so the strap line stays flat. Neckline depth, back opening depth and body length can all be changed. Grading is set after a fit sample is approved on live models across your size range. Solid colours and contrast strap combinations are confirmed with lab dips. A small centre chest logo, woven label or heat transfer can be placed on the front or at the side seam. Sampling checkpoints for this cami are strap layering and edge finish, square neckline coverage, depth of the back opening, hem stability after washing, and a wear trial in the target size range.
